As Professional Swimming Instructors, we have become well-known and respected throughout the greater San Diego area. After years of training. We developed our own unique and effective teaching methods. Our curriculum is influenced and adapted from the latest Instruction techniques approved by The American Red Cross & United States Swim School Association (USSSA). Founded by a family with a goal to give our clients and instructors an extraordinary experience beyond their expectations by providing a skill set to our students that can be utilized the span of their life in and around the water..........as well as BEYOND
Beginning Survival Instruction Series
This class offers a new and exciting approach to your sports training. Pact Mentality developed its Personal Training Sessions courses from drills and lessons used by some of the most elite athletes. I know that practice makes perfect, but there is no perfect… so keep practicing with me. Schedule a class today.
Group Lessons
In this class students learn confidence with peers, aquatic safety, as well as elementary stroke progression. We offer Group Lessons in a variety of goals. It’s a great opportunity for students to boost their performance, confidence with measurable improvements during each session. See for yourself why our Groups lessons are always sold out.
Refresher Courses
Refresher Courses are offered and provided to those students who have already completed the initial survival course. They are also available for students who just want to improve their skills. If you’re looking to elevate your game, Refresher Courses at Pact Mentality is for you.
